Both Hauts-de-France and the United Kingdom are eligible to several cooperative programmes:
- INTERREG France (Channel) England for French and English partners
- INTERREG 2 Seas includes Hauts-de-France, England, Flanders and the Netherlands
- INTERREG North-West Europe involves seven member states:
  Northern France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, England, Ireland.
